With over 27 years of experience in the non-profit sector, our founder has dedicated her career to servicing youth and families, specializing in leadership development and staff dynamics. As an advisory board member of The Urban League of Springfield’s Department of Education and Youth Development’s Project Ready Mentor Program and a committee member for the Farmington Public Schools Board of Education Community Council for Equity & Inclusion, she is committed to working with diverse populations.
Ms. Tabb began her impactful journey at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hartford, CT as unit director/director of teen services, later advancing to chief operating officer of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Annapolis & Anne Arundel County in Maryland. Her extensive experience also includes serving as programs and operations administrator for Workforce Development Boards within the state of Connecticut and as a program analyst with the District of Columbia Government (Department of Energy & Environment DOEE) in Washington, D.C. Additionally, she was the regional director of operations at Hillside Family of Agencies (Work-Scholarship Connection) in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Over the past two years, she has focused her passion on being a lead trainer for workforce-ready programs and organizational development.
A mother of twin daughters, she holds a BA from Central Connecticut State University and an MSOL from Springfield College School of Human Services, reflecting her lifelong commitment to youth and families, education, and community service.
